Often in life we are introduced to new things by a friend or an eager sales person. Young Bronagh is not a sales person but she has passion. And her passion is contagious. So I dragged out the camera and created a short video of her adventure.
If your kitchen bench is higher than you drag over a chair to stand on. It is best if you have a good view of the Thermomix.
How to Make Custard in a Thermomix – Bronagh’s Ingridents
Some people like to add lemon or chocolate. But Bronagh has inherited her Mother’s dislike for both. So there is no lemon or chocolate in this recipe. It’s wonderful to be able to create your own recipes according to your individual tastes. If it was me I would add chocolate – and lots of it.
Sugar and Cornflour first – Speed 9 for 10 seconds
Add Eggs and Milk – 7 minutes at 90 degrees.

I devoured a bowl too – but it ruined my appetite for dinner – I have found it best to eat dessert after the main meal. But we made Bronagh feel good – and isn’t that what life is about?
She is a wiz in the Kitchen. So if you ever hear anyone ask how to make custard in a Thermomix please direct them to our one and only Bronaghrific – because she’s terrific!
